Tom, Perhaps the lack of response to your contention that the Lagoon Project is too tall is that the case against the project based purely height was weak and did not warrant response?
I appreciate that you would not like more then 4-5 stories. But it seems as though individual preferences -- especially if one doesn't own the property -- is of little immediate relevance to the project at hand. Perhaps you could try to make your point again? On what criteria (other then personal aesthetic perspectives) should the project be rejected? Of those criteria, which are irresolvable by the participating partners?
