Yes condos have there place, they also usually have an association as they do
have interaction with neighbors.
As far as heated garages this speeds up condensation in gas tanks so is this
always good in our climate.
I could have my garage at 70 degrees but don't want the expense.
As a follow up to my post on Monday:
Last night the Stop team was able to Identify the drug dealer who had come
after me.
I want to thank all of you for you encouragement.
Thursday I met with Assistant Police Chief Tim Dolan he was able to inform me
of several new things the Police Department will be ding in this area and city
wide.
Yesterday Met with Police Chief Mcmanus and Mayor RT Rybak Mcmanus said he
didn't know that the meeting had been cancelled and none of the phone messages
had been passed onto him. He also said he could not be responsible for
everything that happens on the streets.
The Mayors response was that I need to stay safe because I'm to important in
the community.
I talked to him as to what it would take to bring the Sheriff into the
northside for the next few weeks until we can get some of the mew cops on the
street. He Said contact my Mark Stenglein as that's Hennepin Counties call not
his. So on Monday I will be calling our Commissioners and if anyone else would
care to the same please do the same.
I find it interesting that Downtown has had all the Sheriffs and once again
they forget that we are also part of Hennepin County I was last time I paid my
Taxes. As I have for the past 24 years.
We had a very good event last night in conjunction with the PEACE foundation we
had a block Party on LYNDALE av we blocked it off from 22nd av to 24thav and
a good time was had by all we served 400 hot dogs 600 hamburgers. 500 Land O
Lakes Orange Juice we lost count on water. Tanks to the Bean Scene for
supplying Ice to keep things cold.

Some of the best memories and stories at our house have been around the great
snow storms (82 83 84 91) and the kids and now grandchild Playing and making
snow men forts and angels.

I take pride in my lawn and gardens and that is something that isn't
possible living in a condo.

We have been given compliments on our gardens even by the Drug dealers and
even though they walk by our roses hundreds of times a day in the two years
since they were planted none have been damaged.
