While you are waiting for a nice Mexican restaurant in PP wander over to the Whittier and Lyndale neighborhood. We have a huge selection of Mexican restaurants to select from and believe it or not their cuisine varies greatly. My favorite is Taco Morelos on 26th between Nicollet and Blaisdell or El Mariachi (has a Mariachi Band) in the ugly strip mall off 28th and Nicollet. Pancho Villa on Nicollet, just north of 26th has great seafood burritos. There is a good one on 35th and Nicollet. I always forget their name. There is a bunch on Lake Street. If you want to jump from Mexico to Ecuador there is an Ecuadorian restaurant on Bloomington and Lake that is the bomb. I know I am going to butch this name but will give it a try anyway. Guayaquil.
