Sounds like Molly Quinn's might be on its way out.  Read the 
Longfellow-Messenger for what happened to that bar since the smoking ban, they 
seem to directly attribute it to the ban.  Might make sense if you can drive 
straight over the bridge to O'Garas and light up.
 
I know that's just one...But why dont you name another bar, besides the 
Cardinal, that used to allow smoking and since the ban has added workers and 
seen profits/business go up.  Your example is the Cardinal which also has an 
LRT stop at its front door.  Not all bars have that, so maybe thats the wrong 
business to use as an example of the positive effect of the smoking ban.
 
Maybe there are a lot. But I'd be interested in seeing both sides, the 
businesses that have been hit hard, and those who have done well or better with 
the ban.
