Today's Star Tribune editorial argues that Minneapolis residents have to get over their problems with tall buildings along transit corridors such as the Midtown Greenway and Lake Street if the city is to continue to draw tax-paying professionals and aging empty- nesters back into the city. "For Minneapolis to continue its generally forward momentum and its progressive political traditions, residents must get over their phobia about tall buildings." . . . I wholeheartedly agree with this editorial position.
