The SSB administration put paid to a new zoning plan/overlay/whatever that had been worked on for some ten years. For all the time/money spent on that process, would the city revisit zoning, variance, and conditional use any time soon? I think they need to be revisited, and with high community input into the process, something that hasn't really happened before.
