I have a very simple database, 1 table, 1 query, 2 forms.  One of
the forms is based on the table and when it is opened, it opens
at the first record, and all the other records are available via
the controls.  The second form, when it is opened, opens with two
small boxes, one coming after the other, that ask for a search
term from the user for one of two fields, or both.  Upon
supplying the term(s), the form opens but shows no data.

I have input some trial data to test this, so I know I'm not
asking for terms that don't exist.  I have another database that
does essentially the same thing, and does it successfully.  I
thought I was setting up this 2nd database the same way, but
obviously I've forgotten something.  I have tried comparing the
two but cannot find what the difference is.  Any ideas on what
might be going wrong?
