Yes I have thank you. I did what Robin suggested and put my "closing code" in the main switchboard OnClose event procedure. This works really well. I'm pushed for time right now and my system gets installed next week. After that I want to make it more secure from prying "experts" by creating the menu system I want to prevent people from "fiddling" with the system. Thank you Robin and Liveson for your help.
