Dear friend,

            I hope my suggestion towards doubt is as follows

 

First you should make a query by expression builder as per sample
attached with this 

And call that query to any form as per you wish

 

See the attached two file in access and excel for clarification and make
sure both file are in same folder before open because both are linked

 

Hope above suggestion will solve your doubt

I do volunteer work for a small not-for-profit. I know very little 
about Access. I put an Excel spreadsheet of client data into a table 
and am working up a form. One of the fields in the table is date-of-
birth. How can I get a peson's age using that field into a form? I 
have seen a formula to do it, but have no idea how to get it into a 
form.
