Hi Bob, Drat. If I understand correctly:
- Your table has a field (FieldC) that contains data. - Your word mailmerge uses this table for a data source. - The result of the mail merge has blanks where the data from FieldC should be. If all those are true, I can't be of any more help without looking at the files. If you can post them (or files that show the same problem but don't expose private data) to the Files section, I'll have a look.
