dear tumbulu ,
in my query i have text string line no (for eg line no:1,line
no:2,....line no:10) and carsponding data like qty produced and damaged etc.
and if i sort the result in ascending or descendig order in line no the
result is that line no:10 is near to line no:1 this is my problem,
i want to display line no:10 after line no:9
any tips pls

In the query grid (design view) there is a line for sorting. Here you choose
ascending or descending for the fields you want to sort on.
