Anyway, if Debian MSEide+MSEgui packages are years behind  the current release
 we really should forget about Debian

If We could retrust the distro propagation to the FPC+LAZARUS
maintainers so that they always build & push actual versions by
themselves using the tools provided by us, why not :)
Or to distribute unofficial DEB-packages (with install-time building units).
