Why insist on foreshortening everything when nearly every editor around offers programmability of some sort, and completion can be had for free most everywhere (even if it is often more disturbing than helpful, IMHO). Or, as another approach: Type once, paste often - if the words are lengthy, just copy one line and paste it as often as needed. Sometimes, the ability to manipulate column blocks is helpful also, it eases modification of line sections in multiple lines. And more. Which means, there's not much to gain with foreshortened identifiers, when the editors make typing easy anyway. After all, a programmer should not type most of the time, but _think_ about the structures his typing is to describe. Shouldn't he? -- -- (Weitergabe von Adressdaten, Telefonnummern u.ä. ohne Zustimmung nicht gestattet, ebenso Zusendung von Werbung oder ähnlichem) ----------------------------------------------------------- Mit freundlichen Grüßen, S.
