That is not sufficient. The path to the wanted gdb must be defined
in 'Settings'-'Configure MSEide'-'${DEBUGGER}'-

"ppc386.exe" is the 32 bit Windows Free Pascal compiler. AFAIK 32 bit programs
can not be debugged with a 64 bit gdb.
Did you install 64 or 32 bit Lazarus and FPC? Maybe it is better to use the
Lazarus provided gdb if you use the FPC version installled by Lazarus.

That is strange because the demo project compiled before. It seems that the
Free Pascal Compiler "ppc386.exe" will not be found anymore. Has the %PATH%
environment variable been changed? Can you send a screenshot of the error
message?
You need to decide if you want to compile 64 bit or 32 bit programs.
