OnFilterRecord is called when TDataset.Filtered = true and the dataset scrolls
or fills the recordbuffer. Here it must be checked if the record conforms to
the filter conditions.
Have you tried the example:
https://gitlab.com/mseide-msegui/mseuniverse/tree/master/attic/msedocumenting/mse/trunk/help/tutorials/db/dbfilter
?

1. Click dbnb_filtermax the first time.
2. "beforebeginfilteredit", dataset in dsBrowse mode.
3. "afterbeginfilteredit", dataset in dsFilter mode, field values show the old
values of fek_filtermax state.
4. Click dbnb_filtermax again.
5. "beforeendfilteredit", dataset in dsFilter mode, field values show the new
values of fek_filtermax state.
6. "afterendfilteredit", dataset in dsBrowse mode.

Works for me, please send a simple testcase which shows the problem.
