No, there is no need to use any specific version of gcc to build uniarch.
Stick with the system default compiler.  It shouldn't even be necessary to
use gcc to build mspgcc, though you do need to use a compiler that's
supported by the upstream gcc on which mspgcc is based (4.5.2 at the
moment).

Headers come from msp430mcu.  The uniarch gdb might work; if not, use the
patch from mspgcc4.
