Yes, I know that's an option. Just thought it would be easier to point folks to 
a web page rather than install the console. Looking like the console will be 
our method, though.

Why not just setup some security scopes with your roles and lock down the sccm 
environment so your techs can use the actual console. We used to use the web 
remote tools but have now moved to this model. My guys can only add users and 
computer's to collections and look at some of the monitoring functions.
