Check the server share for the Console Setup folder in your SMS_SITECODE share. I think it's in tools.

I was hoping that the upgrade would create a package to do the console upgrade but I don’t see one. I tried to run the R2 installer on my workstation, but it didn’t get an option to upgrade the console so I cancelled it. What am I missing or doing wrong?
