I have only done R2 at home in my lab, but we deliver the console via App-V as well as local installs for SP1 CU2 at work. We do the consolesetup.exe with silent switches, etc. Running in a .bat so we use %~dp0.

I figured while I was going to give it an hour or so to bake, I would upgrade my stand-alone console. I was hoping that the upgrade would create a package to do the console upgrade but I don’t see one. I tried to run the R2 installer on my workstation, but it didn’t get an option to upgrade the console so I cancelled it. What am I missing or doing wrong?
