There is no built-in one for that purpose :)

 

Looking at the script, there are no changes needed for MDT 2013.  Just make
sure you run the script from an elevated 64-bit PowerShell session (on a
64-bit OS), and remember that it only does the console extensions (file
copies), not the MOF file work (which only needs to be done once per site).

Is that the build in MDT PowerShell script or a custom one Michael put
together? 

 

I think 2013 has built in PoSH scripts to integrate now?

None, it's not just doing anything, or expected, like enabling integration.

When starting integration manually it works.
