Does it generate any output? No output or errors doesn't mean success, just means "didn't find anything to integrate with".

There is no built-in one for that purpose :) Looking at the script, there are no changes needed for MDT 2013. Just make sure you run the script from an elevated 64-bit PowerShell session (on a 64-bit OS), and remember that it only does the console extensions (file copies), not the MOF file work (which only needs to be done once per site).
