I am using x64 powershell, but it's not throwing any errors, it's says success, but it's not working either on any server unless the wizard is used.
The integration wizard has actually two additional checkboxes to select. The default action for install is copying only I think. There is no built-in one for that purpose :) Looking at the script, there are no changes needed for MDT 2013. Just make sure you run the script from an elevated 64-bit PowerShell session (on a 64-bit OS), and remember that it only does the console extensions (file copies), not the MOF file work (which only needs to be done once per site).
