Hope this is my last question from XP to Windows 7 migrations. Windows 7 wallpaper defaulting to black for all users - this is a real problem for kiosk PCs. GPO to configure wallpaper does not resolve. Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 Hope someone has resolved this before.
