I suspect it's possible that there may be a catalog conflict or it may show up twice. I guess, the point is that manually importing it from Windows Update using the WSUS console is unsupported so the actual results are undetermined and you may end up having issues. Not saying you will, just that the results are undefined at this point. That's what we did. BTW, the 10 minute default time is NOT ENOUGH TIME to install that. SCCM will KILL the install after it reaches that time. During testing, I found that on my x64 VM, it took over 45 minutes to install. So we altered the 10 minute timeline for the patch to 90 minutes. Rick J.
