Hi All,

client is installed from site and client policies seem to be applied the
remote control works fine , but the remote control service is going to
disabled after a restart and remote control session doesn't work.  I have
manually ran the policy retrievals on the clients, rebooted them multiple
times but the service remains disabled.

on some computers, remote control, works and  remote assistance doesn't
work.our client settings are configured properly.

on few computers i noticed the remote control option is set to do not allow
remote control on software center. but the client agent policy using is
default. users can not change the settings.

why remote tools are not stable is their any hot fix?
