You can just create the package then push it out via SCCM as per a normal 
install. There is no need for any additional install for the client side for it 
to work.

If I only want to use CCTK to set the behavior of the system after AC power is 
lost do I have to actually install CCTK on all my machines or can I just 
package cctk.exe and create a program to run cctk --acpower=on??
