I have run into a very interesting issue with W7 X64 deployments. If we use 32Bit WinPE for this Task Sequence we will get a blue screen during installation if the machine has an Intel Nic The same TS will work for Virtual machines (VMware) If we use 64Bit WinPE for the same Task Sequence it will install correctly. This leads to the conclusion that there is some issue with the Intel drivers and the install driver package step in my TS. But since it works if I just use 64 bit boot media for the same TS it also seems to be related to the boot media. As I understand it is a supported scenario to deploy an X64 OS from a 32 bit PE.
