Every 30 min?  That's exceedingly aggressive.  You may want to watch for 
inventory backlogs in your inboxes.   Perhaps that's fine in your environment 
with your clients; but I certainly wouldn't recommend that aggressive of a 
schedule.

I ran into this issue with the hardware inventory. I setup a Default Client 
Policy which sets the Hardware Inventory schedule to every 30 minutes, which is 
applied to the All Systems collection. This has worked well to get the PCs to 
fall in the correct collections.

Thanks to everyone who suggested the limiting collection – that was the issue. 
The client is not a member of the limiting collection because it’s not 
reporting its hinv which is a new problem entirely that I can’t figure out.
