I'm responsible for pretty much everything SCCM, but we have certain areas that have the ability to build apps and deploy them to their own areas, reporting, etc.. It takes some of the load off me. I'm trying to get one of the guys in my shop trained up to be my backup. Like John said, it's too important to have only one person handling everything.
