You're receiving an HTTP error code 405 from the MP which means "Method Not Allowed: A request was made of a resource using a request method not supported by that resource; for example, using GET on a form which requires data to be presented via POST, or using PUT on a read-only resource."
Can't say I've ever seen this in ConfigMgr. Is your MP healthy? Have you validated this by checking the site system status in the console and the log files? If so, review the IIS logs to maybe get some more info. Also, double-check to make sure all of the MP pre-reqs are still in place.
