Thank you. That is what I was trying to tell them but they kept coming back stating we required a SCCM license for all my DP's (Physical servers at branch locations.) I understand they require OS license but not SCCM license.

Secondary Sites, Distribution Points, and Branch Distribution Points do not require any separate licensing beyond the OS license itself (server or workstation). The only SCCM *server* licenses required are for the Primary Site, and all SCCM servers attached to that Primary fall under its licensing. -Phil _________________________________________________________________ Phil Schwan | Technical Architect, Enterprise Windows Services Microsoft VTSP ([email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>) Project Leadership Associates | 2000 Town Center, Suite 1900, Southfield, MI 48075 Lync: 312.756.1626 Mobile: 419.262.5133 www.projectleadership.net<http://www.projectleadership.net/> [linkedin_logo-19x20] <http://www.linkedin.com/in/philschwan> [Twitter-Logo1-20x20] <https://twitter.com/philschwan> [wordpress-logo3] <http://lab-geek.com/> [Description: Description: Description: Arrow email]Lead with Strategy.
