I would schedule Perfmon on few slow PCs to kick off from noon to 2:00. I would collect Processes, Processor, Memory, Logical Disk, and Nic performance counters to correlate which process is eating up CPU, Memory, Nic I/O, and Disk I/O during that time. You will be surprise what you will find. SCCM is always easy target to get blame on slowness.

Some thought it was related to SCEP quick scans which were scheduled to run at noon, so I changed to after business hours but had no effect on complaints of slowness. Just wonder if anyone else has experienced this and found any relation to SCCM client activities. All inventory and update scans are scheduled weekly.
