That sounds *so* familiar... I've been putting in 10 hr days here, 50hrs/wk minimum (usually about 54 (but always paid 40)). If I run to the doctor or such, I have to make up twice the time else be docked same (can't use my vacation -- never approved, docked hrs subtracted from 40 so *really* hurts). No insurance, no raise in 3 years (got bunches of promises though), no holidays (unless I use vacation time (which isn't approved)). Yeah, fun!   So, been having to supplement my income by work on the side (which brings total hrs to between 70 and 90).   Needless to say, I don't get much sleep. Would look into alternatives but the tech job market here (Chattanooga) is non-existent. Yeah I used to work for a company that wanted me to be excited by little things - like a little salary, a little pay raise (sometimes no pay raise at all), a little plaque on the wall for working 16 hour days for several months with no monitary compensation, a little health plan, etc...   It wasn't but a little time and I left them.   /dev
