We call our system "Customer Error Reporting" but Microsoft calls their system "Corporate Error Reporting". I looked around the Microsoft site and could not find anything information relating to "How to do it." I looked around our web site and found a whole bunch of papers on Design, Product Marketing, Client specifications, Server handling, etc, but again, nothing on "How to do it." We have a whole group working on the project, so I imagine it is quit a bit of work to implement. I noticed that about 80% of our products have been implemented, with the rest currently being worked on. Sorry I don't know anything specific.
