Yeah, I've tried all the easy stuff already. :( As for the switch, yeah everything worked fine before the new switches were installed but everything worked ok for 4 or so months after they were installed.
I'm at the end of my rope here. I've tried everything short of reinstalling the OS on the server and I am reluctant to do that just because it's going to cause way to many other headaches. Craig, I would try another cable and if that doesn't work try switching the port your PDC is connected on with the new switch. Both are quick and easy, and rule out further possibilities.
