Yes - Kinda... They can use shared folders...

Basiclly on a schedule the sharing persons changes in calendar/contacts or
whatever is defined is emailed to the allowed parties.  It is a "control"
type file that will if correctly configured add the changes to the shared
persons folder in the recpients mail file.

We used this for a while but it can be a support nightmare.  Does work
though... Email me privately if you want more details as I don't want to
flood this group with this.
