Charles is correct:

Set up the client for internet mail and install the NET FOLDERS option in

TOOLS / OPTIONS / OTHER / ADVANCED OPTIONS.

Once you do this and I would restart outlook. Then go to FILE / SHARE and
you will see:

Calendar, Contacts and Tasks.

There you go...
