I haven't done this but....  Check KB article Q237677.  It details all the
options for LDIFDE and gives an example of importing and exporting.  At the
bottom there is a note about the file format being important when modifying
an entry.  But since the CN is a vital part of the DN used to identify the
entries in AD I'm wondering if changing the CN like this is even possible...
