Tried that - still doesn't work. I guess it's time to start disabling services.

WHen it reboots, it gets as far as login prompt, then reboots before or during login. If I leave it alone, it'll reboot. I try doing a last good install, but it still behaves as above. Has anyone experienced this, or have any suggestions how to upgrade. I've been told by Compaq tech support that they may not be able to help with problems unless it's upped to sp6a. The server is really only running IIS4. I have a (nearly) identical server which works fine.
