How can it keep connections alive that no longer exist? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, July 09, 2002 4:45 PM To: MSWinNT Discussions Subject: keeping the interface up
How do I keep the ethernet interface alive under Windows 2000? If I need to swap ethernet cables or switches, Windows 2000 disables the network interface and drops all connections soon after I disconnect the cable. Is there any way to force it to keep the interface and also the connections alive until the cable gets reconnected again? ------ You are subscribed as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to %%email.unsub%% ------ You are subscribed as [email protected] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
