Hello MSXFans,
I have received yesterday a 7Mhz Kit and an IDE interface for my Sony
HBF700F. But I have few problems :
7Mhz Kit :
I bought it to Miri Software (very sympathic persons), but the doc's kit
seems to be for philips computers, it speaks of RS7 resistor in front of
the VDP, but I only have a RS307 resistor , is it the same ?
I have (according to me) make all the connections well but it doesn't
accelerate anything (I might do something bad) did someone install this
kit on a sony hbf700f ?
Now I have display problems, in text mode, when the screen scroll (in
fact when there is text on the last line) the text is jamming all over
the screen, have you ever had this problem ?
IDE interface :
My harddisk is well recognized by the interface, I use FDISKIDE to
partition it. When I am back to MSXDOS, If I access to the hardisk
partition, I have a message saying me that the drive is not formatted so
I try to format it with FORMAT command but it tells me that he can't
format this drive. Can anybody help me on this subject.
