Well, according to your next paragraph it *DOES* accelerate something.
Be aware of the fact that most programs were writting under interrupt
and therefor won't accelerate (well, they do... there's less change that
a program like Aleste will glitch due to the fact that the ISR can
perform more actions in the same amount of time). Did you test it using
benchmarks? You could write some simple loops in BASIC. Insert the
following lines:
