] That's easy. At the same time Tp 3.0 for the Z80 was available a version
] (3.x) for the IBM PC native was offered. Quite handy to share some code
] between both platforms. I still use it.
] Ofcourse any decent Z80 emulator on a PC will run the Turbo Pascal compiler.
Hello,
Frengo asked for a CROSS compiler. So that he can produce programs for MSX on
a fast PC with a decent compiler. He did not ask for a compiler for PC which
produces native PC code.
To my knowlegde, a Turbo Pascal compatible CROSS compiler does not exist.
Maybe that there are some cross compilers in the public domain/shareware
circuit but I seriously doubt if they support all borland specific extensions
and modifications of the pascal language.
A good advice is to look at a CP/M ftp site. They might have PC to Z80 cross
compilers as those compilers are usefull to the CP/M community as well.
Kind regards,
