That's easy. At the same time Tp 3.0 for the Z80 was available a version
(3.x) for the IBM PC native was offered. Quite handy to share some code
between both platforms. I still use it.
Ofcourse any decent Z80 emulator on a PC will run the Turbo Pascal compiler.
