On the orginial Turbo Pascal 3.3e disk, made by MCCE, a crosscompiler can be 
found in the directory CROSS on the disk. So if you have it, you also have a 
crosscompiler... This disk is e.g. on MCCM's CD Millennium. I don't know if 
it's public domain. Maybe Alwin Henseler can tell us about this.
