With this hardware you can already transfer programs from MSX to pc and vice 
versa without writing one bit of code. Just install and configure some pc BBS 
software on your pc and use some BBS terminal program on your MSX to connect 
to that pc. In that way, you can transfer files in a reliable with with the 
x-modem, y-modem or perhaps even the z-modem protocols.

Ofcourse having a real fileserver mapped to a drive on the MSX would be much 
greater to have but using some BBS software may already prove to be 
sufficient for your needs.
