Well, LoadROM is capable of doing something similar using SRAM contained in
MegaSCSI (but also works on msx RAM!). There are many ways to load megaroms on
a MSX nowadays :)
And don't forget TRLOAD, by Pazos. It executes any 8KB megaROM using the
internal 8KB memory mapper of Turbo-R machines, and it emulates Konami games
'combis'.
By the way, MegaRAM is a great expansion. I'll get it one of these days :)
