It's not the FM-BASIC that's detected. It's the "OPLL" string in the ROM.
You can't detect MSX-MUSIC using I/O ports, because all of its ports are
write only.

Only stupid hardware makers would make an MSX-MUSIC without a ROM
containing the "OPLL" string. ;)
Anyway, do those really exist?
