Because you can not use the entire 128KB RAM, since you have to reserve the
page 3 which is the system page, and also the game needs it to store variables!

Some games were made to run on 64KB VRAM machines. Other games, even being made
to run with 128KB VRAM, don't use the entire VRAM of screen 5-page 3. Here you
can allocate the 'lost' page.
