Hi Yoyo!

y> 1/ Can I use a PC HDD on MSX

Yes, you can!
You only have to buy an IDE/SCSI interface :)
There is only one IDE interface available for MSX. It's very fast and cheap,
and it has DOS2 inside. If you prefer SCSI, there are several ones: Novaxis
(Gouda), Bert, Mega-SCSI ......

Novaxis is very cheap, but it needs DOS2 cartridge in another slot. MegaSCSI is
more expensive, but it's faster and has a SRAM to allocate DOS2 and boot drive.

Since I have DOS2 inside my Turbo-R, I bought a second-hand Novaxis and it
works fine :) If you haven't DOS2, I suggest you to buy MegaSCSI.

y> 2/ Can I use a PC memories (EDO) on MSX (or with an interface...)

Hmmm. I'm afraid it's not able directly. I've seen some memory expansions based
on PC simms, but I think you can't use PC memories on your MSX. You should buy
a 1 MB or 4 MB memory mapper. 1 MB cost 36 euros or so. 4MB cost 65 euros.
